Dr. Roger St. Onge is an educator, coach, physical therapist, and the founder of MOVE Athletics. He spent four years enlisted as active duty in the United States Marine Corps right out of high school. He believes that everyone should be able to perform basic human maintenance on themselves, and that taking an active role in your rehabilitation and performance enhancement is key to success.
